How Do I Use Core+ Osteo™ Strong Bone Foundation?

Suggested use as a dietary supplement is 1 ounce per day (6 teaspoons or 2 Tablespoons). Comes in a handy 32 ounce quart-sized dispensing bottle. Shake well before every use. Squeeze the bottle to measure up to an ounce in the dispensing reservoir.

Best if taken as a split dose with 1/2 serving in the morning and 1/2 serving late afternoon. Avoid taking late in the day to prevent interference with sleep. Best if followed with a full glass of distilled water. Refrigerate after opening. Consume within 6 months of opening. Shelf life is 1 year unopened. At one ounce per day, a quart is a one month supply.

Check with your pediatrician before giving this product to anyone under 18 years old. Give 1 teaspoon per 20 pounds of body weight per day. Do not exceed 6 teaspoons (1 ounce) per day unless instructed by your pediatrician.
